One of the last things that we think about are actively working facial muscles. we need to set up a routine in the morning and evening to look at ourselves in a mirror and make faces. Screwing up and contorting our face and while we are doing this we get to practice laughing, which is of corse the best medicine.
We have an opportunity to smile and extend a thank you and change an affect someone else day!
