Pork Roast is easy to prepare.
Place into a slow cooker with 2 cups of water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove roast from cooker and pour off water. Turn cooker back on low and add 10-16 oz BBQ sauce of your choosing. Shred pork with fork and add it to cooker. Mix together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place Pulled BBQ Pork into wrap. Serve with Chips a pickle spear.
