2 Cups Rice
4 Cups water
1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Place water, salt, pepper in a crockpot. Quarter the onion. Add the rice and roast and then place the onion on top of the roast. Cover and cook on low. for 8 hours. serve with a side salad. Enjoy

Baby Potatoes (24 oz Bag)
Jar of Sauerkraut with liquid (20 oz)
1 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste
place potatoes into slow cooker and add water. Place the Pork Tenderloin on top of the potatoes. Pour the sauerkraut over the pork. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. You can serve with cooked green beans or asparagus spears for tase and color.
